Family Potrait Clay

Hi guys! I want to share you my air dry clay creation! I used Amos Clay (you can get it on any book store such as Gramedia) It's very easy to find and really affordable :)
This was commissioned by my mom's friend as a gift to her relations.

First I sculpted their head, and the I painted them with acrylic paints and then I put their hair. If you have ever seen my other air dry clay creation (a sculpted figure), you'll notice how the eyes are different. Before this I usually made the head and the hair first and then I painted the face. Now I've changed the order! Since I've learned so many ways to sculpt people on instagram, I have figured out how the order could change the result. When I painted the face first, I still have so much room I didn't have to worry about the hair. If I put the hair first then I painted the face, the covered area would be very difficult to paint, and the result usually the distance between the eyes were close and made them a bit crossed-eyes.

So! This is the result of my creation! :)

Hope you guys like it! :)

xoxo
Audrey
